Hi,
There is a "magical" tool called Oracle Expert if you have money to pay for OEM and the Tunnig (or Diagnostics I canīt remenber just now) Pack.
Another cheaper way is if you have your index or group of indexes isolated in their tbs. Just look to the read statistics on that TBS, or run utlbstat / utlestat over a signifivative period of time and look for those statistics.
