Javamail

Has anybody been able to install and use the Javamail package from Sun. I have been able to load it to the database with no errors, I have compiled a test program that was supplied by Oracle, and when I try to run it I get protocol not found errors, and/or internal java exceptions. If the install to the database is bad, how do i reinstall the java and javamail packages? Can I just run the initjvm.sql script or do I need to remove all of the java packages first?
