One thing, did you run $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin/catrman.sql in the database
containing the recovery catalog? This is necessary. I would delete all the
entries in the rcvcat_ts and start again. Run catrman before you do
anything. The complete directions are on the documentation CD.
