System activity Report

Can we use SAR or VMSTAT or IOSTAT to collect the following statistics

physical reads, writes, logical reads,logical writes per second for each disk,
and also cpu usage along with the time stamp and then write the output to a file

Can anyone pass on a script which does a similar job.
