when I press "Get Message" button , give me this message :-

Error accessing Knowledge Xpert

Did you install Knowledge Xpert? Is your copy of TOAD licensed to use Knowledge Xpert?

yes , I already installed "Knowledge Xpert" , and yes the copy of TOAD licensed to use Knowledge Xpert .

so ...... Confused

if this Forum ( SQL Client Tools ) suppose helping developers who use Oracle database tools ( like TOAD ) can't help me in this problem ........ so for what reason this forum exist Question Neutral Exclamation

A colleague had the same problem and insisted on correcting that. He ended up reinstalling TOAD...

hm.. I really meant it as an advise. You pay lots and lots for licenses from Quest, so you are entitled to their support.
This support is most likely faster and directed to your specific situation then we can give you here.

I did that , and the problem still there.
I went to http://www.quest.com/
it's a little complex site .... but anyway I register to take account to post my problem in their forums.
