BUT WHEN PRESS MY SHORT CUT EVERYTHING OKY

BUT NOT ITEM DISPLAY

I'm not sure I understood what the problem is, but ... I may try: "shortcut" you are talking about is supposed to run a form. Right? Well, it would do that if it were Forms 6i, when there was the "runform" executable.

Forms 10g are web-oriented and have to be "deployed" on the web. They are supposed to run via internet browser. Screenshots suggest that you have successfully installed Application Server (Forms Services). Are you sure this is what you want to do?

Did you, perhaps, want to install Developer Suite 10g and build forms? They can be run (during development process) - just make sure you've started OC4J instance (can be found in the Forms Developer menu).

Otherwise, follow instructions found in the documentation, especially "Oracle Forms 10g - Forms Deployment Guide".
