Hi everyone, i want to change the foreground color of rectangle or rounded rectangle at runtime. Is it possible, Any help, Any Idea?

Consider changing it to a 'button' and then use the various 'button' properties to change colour.

I believe David suggested that it isn't possible to modify rectangle's properties. Create a push button with the same dimensions as a rectangle and modify button's properties (such as background and foreground color) in order to make it look like as you'd like it to.
