Hi,
What's the difference between CHARACTER SET and NATIONAL CHARACTER SET ? How to find what the National Character Set is for my database?

Don't care about that, this is an old stuff no more used now, just there for backward compatibility.
You can know you NCHARSET in the same way than your CHARSET.
