What does your question have to do with a thread title? "Relationship between two forms" isn't closely related to "list of values".

So, what is your question, really?

If it is a "relationship", what do you have in mind? How to call a from from another form? There are several built-ins Oracle offers (CALL_FORM, NEW_FORM, OPEN_FORM). Read more about each of them in Online Help System.

i have two tables
two tables are comming under same datablock and different canvas
then i create link between the two tables.

1 advertisement
2 home
first table i have i column advertisement_no
advertisement_no display when pushbutton click display the advt_no in listbox using lov;

second table have advertisementno automatically generated because i created relationship
another one colum named app_no.In this colum i want advertisement_no and also sequence will be display automatically
