hello,
please help me i am not able to use SQL plus-

This is the exact error i get when i start my SQL plus-

ERROR:
ORA-12500: TNS:listener failed to start a dedicated server process

I have installed oracle 9i in d drive and i am using it on single computer both as client as well as server.
Please note that i have 1.5 GB of RAM and 1.66 ghz intel core duo processor.
