I have two date parameters in my concurrent report parameters.

eg: Start Date and End Date

Validations required:

Start Date - Must not be greater than the current date
End Date - Must not be less than the Start Date

How do I implement this and what sort of value set I need to create.

Have look at Oracle Applications Flexfields Guide and search for "$FLEX$." and "WHERE/ORDER BY".
