Hi,

When order is picked, due to on hand qty insuffiency, the order is cancelled. The second day the cancelled number of item appears on other order and LPN. Is there anyone who knows how to avoid the cancelled item appearing again.

It seems that the cancelled items are back ordered. How to avoid them to appear 2nd day?
