What is a "customized font"? Could you attach a screenshot (JPG or PNG, please) to illustrate the problem?

Does it work correctly on your computer (i.e. during development), but doesn't appear as you'd like it to while running the form on server? If so, did you install that font on server as well?

Googling 'change font registry.dat oracle forms' gives http://download-east.oracle.com/docs/cd/B14099_19/web.1012/b14032/appC006.htm and http://download-uk.oracle.com/docs/cd/B12166_01/release_notes/chap_forms.htm and many others.

I have no experience with 'alternate languages', that is, ANYTHING other than straight English, through Oracle Forms. I suggest searching this forum for 'arab' and read some of the problems that these contributors have had and the solutions they used to get round their problems.

Also, we have Arabic forum; perhaps you'll find something interesting there.

There is a thread asking about automatically changing the language for a field. I hope this one helps you http://www.orafaq.com/forum/m/295607/67467/?srch=roman#msg_295607
