hi experts

i need to join mtl_system_items_b with ra_customer_trx_lines_all, and it seems very easy but problem is .. my ra_customer_trx_lines_all.inventory_item_id is null and doesnt record any code but description is there.. what is this??? is this a kind of implimentation error ??
can anybody tell me what to do with this problem or anyother way to join with material file

I don't think so. I think it is expected behaviour.

When you check the User Guide (for link have a look at Oracle Applications Forum Guide), Section Setting Up -> AutoAccounting -> Standard Lines
(Or) Section Transactions -> Adjusting Revenue or Sales Credits,

Also check etrm.
It is possible to have inventory_item_id as null and memo_line_id as null and both can't be populated in same row.
