Hi,

I received the below error message when i click 'Billing' button in 'Lines' Tab - 'Pricing/Products' Subtab of Service Contracts form.

ORA-01722: invalid number

FRM-40505: ORACLE error: unabl


Please help me in solving this issue.

Well, have you entered an invalid number somewhere? Please verify the data to confirm. If so, fix the input. If not, report it as a bug?

Hi,

As per the Oracle Bug# 4380665, we have modified the Profile option for Numbering. The Previous error (when clicked on 'Lines' tab has gone, but now the New error message (as stated above in 'Billing' tab) is poping-up..

Appriciate a quick response on this..
