We are implementing HRMS including SSHR/OAB/Payroll/OTL/HR Intelligence -- we have received conflicting info re: HR Intelligence and DBI. DBI is seated functionality with HRMS --the kpi's are limited -- HR intelligence provides much different operational indicators which we'd like to use and have licensed. Can anyone provide info on the differences between requirements for implementing HR intelligence?
