As far as I can tell, there's no Developer Suite 11i (which is supposed to contain Forms 11i - at least, that's what I understood by reading your message). Furthermore, as the latest database version is 11g, I believe - once it is released - Developer Suite will also be 11g.

Here is the Application Server Forms Services Deployment Guide; I hope you'll find answers to your questions while reading this documentation.

Now I'm confused a little bit ... are you saying that you studied the material written in documentation I suggested earlier, but didn't find anything helpful?

Application deployment is far from making a lemonade which can be described in several simple steps, as
  1. take lemon juice
  2. add water
  3. add sugar
  4. stir
  5. drink
I suppose you'd like to see application deployment process described in several simple steps. Well, if you did that initial effort and spent a few minutes reading table of contents, you'd probably see (as it is written in bold and larger font than the rest of the text) chapter 3: Basics of Deploying Oracle Forms Applications. Moreover, there's a section 3.3.1: Deploying Your Application which (what a coincidence!) contains 5 steps.

I might be wrong, but I have that strange feeling that you don't really want to educate yourself, but open your mouth and wait to be spoonfed.

If your application has been written in Forms 9i then it is already web enabled.

Forms 9i already works in three tier achitecture. Forms opens in internet explorer only
Are you sure that you are clear about your requirement?
