the famous example for Hierarchical Tree is about employee_id and manager_id field in employees table ............ so I was wondering it's possible to make Hierarchical Tree from multiple tables ? and How ??

Quick answer: Mix the tables into a single view and then you can use the standard solution.

Long answer: Give us an example of when this could be meaningful and we MAY be able to give you a better solution.
