Hi all,

I was trying to open FORMS BUILDER but it is not opening and showing me an error, "Couldn't open message file FMC<language>.msb"

When I installed Developer, the installation was perfect with not error.

Azam,
I would uninstall forms/oracle for your desktop and clean all the way to the registry and reinstall it again. I did encounter this error before and logged the info somewhere and am still looking for it. If I recall it had something to do with directory mapping and file rights.

What version of Forms did you install and on which operating system did you install it?
