can someone tell me why AR_PAYMENT_SCHEDULES_ALL.due_date is not different.
i have one transaction and receipt two times ,but the payment due_date is equal to one .

Ummm ... is your question related to Apex (i.e. you've placed it to the right forum), or does it belong to Oracle Apps. one (i.e. should be moved to a more appropriate place)?
