i am configuring the Discoverer on Oracle Apps 11.5.10.2 but it's not opening.

Please guide me how to step up the discover configuration on Oracle Apps 11.5.10.2 or should i have to apply and patches?

Are you aware of the fact that the Discoverer version you are working with has been desupported for a while now?

For details on configuring Discoverer (10) on eBS, please read metalink document 373634.1.
