Plz, help me how to display all reccord in form.
I'm using data block wizard ti create block.

i don't really understand your question.

just noted one thing : you are using the KEY-NEXT-ITEM trigger of the button BT.PROSES.
i think we should be using the WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger.
