Hi

I need to a full study about this Patch and i have to prepare a evaluation document whether to apply this patch or not.

Could you please anyone help me what steps that i need to follow to prepare a patch evaluation document?

How to find wat are the patch sets are applied so far?

Not sure what you are looking into.
The need to apply the patch is all described in the patchset itself. Look into readme file.
