While creating a requisition we are getting above mentioned error following are the details.

Document Manager Failed with Error message
Error Number 3 = Unknown Error.

Contact your system administrator.

Error Messages:

POXDM-280: Subroutine poxdmaction() returned erro

RVSRQ-125: Subroutine rvsutg_maintain_mtl_supply(

RVTUQ-83: Subroutine UomConvert() returned error

UOM conversion between DOZEN and Each is not defi
