hello

first time i create a tabular form. and i select 5 no. of rows. but this is a fixed format

now i want , i count data in table. then if count is 3 then tabular forms show 3 rows and if count is 4 then tabular forms show 4 rows and so ...

you can use scroll to do the same
but this case is too hard

You can't. Plain and simple. You could hide the records with a stacked canvase, but I don't like that idea either. Besides, counting records before you display them. Does that sound like an unnecessary database roundtrip to you?
