Dear Sir,
Q1.A.Can i transfer data from a machine with specfications

NLS CHARACTERSET NLS_NCHAR CHARACTERSET
1. WE8MSWIN1252 AL16UTF16


to a machine with specifications

2. NLS CHARACTERSET NLS_NCHAR CHARACTERSET
UTF8 UTF8 ?

B.If YES what changes i need to do to data?

Q2.NLS CHARACTERSET NLS_NCHAR CHARACTERSET
WE8MSWIN1252 AL16UTF16
is the default characterset of Oracle.
Where do we get the option to change it to
NLS CHARACTERSET NLS_NCHAR CHARACTERSET
UTF8 UTF8

or

NLS CHARACTERSET NLS_NCHAR CHARACTERSET
UTF8 AL16UTF16 ?

Q3.What is the difference of having NLS_NCHAR CHARACTERSET
as UTF8 or AL16UTF16 ?

Yes, Run csscan and see lossy conversion , if no lossy conversion then you can use csalter.

It's totally upto you, You can modify your table definition or you can update your row to avoid lossy conversion.

It is defined at database creation time.
You can't change it to UTF8 (or better AL32UTF8, UTF8 is obsolete).
