ORA-39014: One or more workers have prematurely exited.
ORA-39029: worker 1 with process name "DW01" prematurely terminated

See trace file generated by the process.
If none, retry.

What was your import command? Did you invoke parallel parameter while import. I saw this error when one tried to import with parallel value more than one. Don't use parallel and try then.

You should also specify your version and OS while posting.

Don't use system user to import. Grant permission to other user to import and then try with that user. Hopefully error will go away.

ksbcic routine is called to get CI lock.
There are several bugs with this lock although I don't know any with datapump but some with parallel processing.
The likelyhood of bug is greater if you are in RAC.
I think you have to raise a SR.

With heading this topic mismatched. Your error is expdp and heading says impdp. Anyways, what is inside your trace file? Are you in RAC environment? Are you using parallel parameter? How you specified dumpfile parameter?

I know that subject does not coincide.
the contents of the trace(fdb_dw01_3788.trc):
....
....
....
KCBS: nbseg[18] is 93
KCBS: nbseg[19] is 93
KCBS: Act cnt = 1054
KSOLS: Begin dumping all object level stats elements
KSOLS: Done dumping all elements. Exiting.
Dump event group for SESSION
22935 trace name CONTEXT level 1, forever
Dump event group for SYSTEM
DYNAMICALLY MODIFIED PARAMETERS:
optimizer_mode = RULE

________________________________
I exactly can not say - RAC.
No, I do not use parallel processes.
Command:
expdp "'sys/sys_fdb as sysdba'" directory=DMP_DIR dumpfile=ORENDB.DMP logfile=ORENDB.LOG full=y
C:\PROGRA~1\WinRAR\WinRAR.exe a -agYY-MM-DD -av- -ep1 -k -m5 -md4096 -o+ -r -rr -s- -y -dh F:\BACKCOPY\ORENDB\.rar F:\BACKCOPY\BIN\ORENDB.DMP
DEL F:\BACKCOPY\BIN\ORENDB.DMP

like all.
there is offers?
