What is incremental export?
Is it the same as RMAN incremental backup?

Of course apart from logical/physical difference

I don't know but don't use it, it was not really useful and was not really fully tested on new (>7) versions.

Ok
We have data coming from 28 different centres evrymonth.
If we do export than evry month the entire database needs to be exported.
How to do incremental export?
ie month wise

export is not a backup utility.
Use RMAN to backup, then you can make an incremental backup.

If i lost a table i have to apply the recovery for all the tables in that particular tablespace.
For one table all the tables will get previous data.
In export on the other hand,i can use which table to import.

Is this possible with rman?

With an export, you can RESTORE a table and not RECOVER it.

In addition, with a RMAN backup you can also get back a lone table in addition to many and many things you can't do with an export.

No, I said you can do it, I didn't say there is an option.
RMAN is not a replacement for export/import.
This is explained in the documentation.
