hello,
we are facing TNS problem while creation of Database in RAC.
the error is ORA-12547:TNS:lost contact
am attaching the snapshot for your reference.
guys please provide a solution for this since its very urgent for us.

Cause:Partner has unexpectedly gone away, usually during process startup.
Action: Investigate partner application for abnormal termination.
On an Interchange, this can happen if the machine is overloaded.
