Hi,

How the Schedule ship date and Request dates will populated for standard and Internal Sales ordrs .

May i know the logic behind this and how can we change it ..

Hi Srini,

As per my knowledge the Request_date and Schedule_ship_date are automatically populated in Sales Order Lines tab.

you can change those dates using CUSTOM.pll in WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger.

there is some thing called defaulting rule in OM if you are not aware of that.

so once you come into OM Line region you will have Request date automatically generated based on OM Line Requested Date Defaulting rule.

You can very well change the rule just as simple test and see your self. Even you can base requested date and change your schedule ship date.
