This is the first time i am using this forum
please help me, i want some answers for these questions.
1. why procedure is faster than the sql statement?
2. what is the diff between procedure and functions?
3. why should be we use foreign key for relations in database?

HI friends,
I have recently attended one interview in that i have faced this question. i would like to know that answer, please help me
1. why should be use foreign key in database for relations?
and is there any way without using foreign key?
