Can we change the position of Horizontal toolbar canvas?

Is there a way to display the horizontal toolbar at the bottom of the window (as by default, it displays at the top)?

The toolbar is on a canvas right? Have a look at that canvas's 'X position on canvas' and 'Y position on canvas'. make them non-zero and see what happens.

Actually it didn't work for me because there is no option of changing X or Y positions of horizontal toolbar canvas...

Sorry. It would appear that the horizontal toolbar can only be at the top. You could try placing the items on a different type of canvas and move it to the bottom of the window.
