Hello:

We need to develop a simple UI for read-only access to Oracle Applications Data.

We learn that Delphi is one of the third-party tool that can be used. Could you let us know at the high-level, what is needed to achieve this data access using Delphi? Any tutorial or white paper to look for further info?

Any other freeware tool to achieve the same? Thanks for your help.
