How to change datafile address in dump file?

You mean an export dump file, you can't.

I take Full export from my database on server A that datafile is in E:\testDB Address
but in Server B i dont have E drive only C and D Drive,
can i import this dump file

I this case, you have to precreate the tablespaces before importing.
