Could you pls explaine some thing about diff b/w 11.5.10.2 and 12th vertion

Hi,

from a technical point of view:
- database, forms-server, reports-server and 1AS are all upgraded to 10g
- R12 doesn't need jinit anymore, can work withjava from IE
- standard interface color is blue
- some directories on the Unix-filesystem have been changed (but things like $GL_TOP etc are still there)

I know there are major functional changes in R12 having looked at the Vision environment.
Is there a document that notes all the differences please.
