i want to read data from smart card reader and saving it in database...
there is any way to deal with it in oracle ...

I believe that a 'smart card reader' is just another serial input device. Search this forum for 'serial'.

no i mean i have smart card reader USB and i didnt find any topic talking how to deal with it....
