Dears,
I need your help in an issue
Suppose that we have two payroll guys responsible for assigning elements for employees, and we need to make each one of the payroll guys to be responsible of part of the elements, for example the first payroll guy is responsible of earnings and can not assign deductions for employees, and the other payroll guy is responsible for deductions only, so each of the payroll guys can see only his part of elements.
