Hi,
I created a master detail block using the wizard, however, the data was not saved. No error message was displayed.

Have you downloaded a sample master-detail form from the Oracle Forms website and looked at it?
What code did you write after you used the wizards to create your blocks and the 'relations' between the two blocks?
If the form isn't working then it is something that YOU did that is wrong. Create another form, run the wizards and verify that the records are being written, THEN start adding your own code.
