Automatically populating GL period rates screen (base table GL_TRANSLATION_RATES)

*Responsibility-General Ledger Super User
Navigation-Setup>Currencies>Rates>Period

*Client wants to load the data in the GL_Translation_Rates table thru custom program. I found that we can load the data thru API "APPS.GL_TRANSLATION_RATES_PKG"

Can any one suggest me the neccesary Validations to be included for importing the values thru this API.

Please send me the code if you have done any program for the same purpose.
