Connection to Oracle 9i from forms 6 [message #273902]

I have Oracle 9i Client Installed, I have installed forms 6i (Forms Developer), i have changed the tnsnames of the forms to point to the oracle server, also changed the sqlnet , but cannot connect it says " Oracle Forms Designer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience".

Error text doesn't sound as if it has anything to do with network settings.

Developer 6i is installed on your computer: which operating system does it use? Did you apply the latest patch in order to prevent such a behaviour?
