Hi guys ...

Even it's silly question Embarassed but I want to ask you about it ...
I don't have a job yet so my practical experience is 0 , therefore I didn't faced such situation in real life ...

If I builded a project in Forms , now I can save the *.fmx files in the directory ...\Oracle\Oracle_Developer\forms90 and I can set the "formsweb.cfg" file to determine the main form should "http://localhost:8889/forms90/f90servlet" open .

OK , that's good , but I have in my PC the database "10g of course" and the developer , so I must run the OC4J then open the file using Internet Browser with previous URL to open the form saved in Forms90 folder ...

Then the Application Server runs automatically and I don't care about other configurations , But what If I want to send this *.fmx to some client _I mean in client the users server not Client\Server environment_???

Sure the Clients Server should have Oracle Database and What also , Application Server ???
I think I'm not compelled to install Developer in his\her server , But how can I transport my application to client during he\she doesn't have Forms Developer ???

Thank you very much

Okay, the user has a data base machine and an Application Server machine. If you have the same operating system as their Application Server you can supply the menus, libraries, and forms as executables. Normally, the client will have a copy of the Forms Developer appropriate for the operating system of their Application Server, and you will supply your menus, libraries, and forms as source modules. They would then compile and generate the new objects in batch. You can assist them by creating a text file of commands to rebuild your system.
