i hav customised the Purchase Order using Forms Personalization
after the customization, i cant query a PO, in fact when im entering the PO, which has already been saved, its not being displayed but it is in the database table

does anybody hav a clue?

You may have to highlight exactly the form and then also give us more of an idea about the personalization that you did. there may be something in the code that is effecting the query.
