Hi Sankar.K below are the following setting i made

For Primary Set of Books
In Created Chart of Accounts
Select Value set as Vision Operations.
Assign Segment Qualifiers to Company-Balancing,Department-Cost,
Account-Natural Account.
In Calendar - type is Calendar
Primary Set of Books selected MRC as Primary Set of Books
Select INR as functional Currency

For Reporting Set of Books
While defining Reporting set of Books selected same chart of accounts, Calendar But Currency is different form Primary Set of Books and USD is Reporting Currency.

Later Assigned Reporting Set of Books with the Primary Set of Books

In reporting SOB we have to post seperately. by posting in Primary SOB the entries will be transferred to Reporting SOB as Unposted Journals. We have to perform posting seperately in Reporting SOB.

Did you check this?

Have a look at General Ledger User Guide.
Section: Journal Entry -> Posting Journals -> Generating Reporting Currency Journals
Quote:
Generating Reporting Currency Journals
If you use General Ledger’s Multiple Reporting Currencies feature,
General Ledger will generate unposted converted journal batches in
your reporting sets of books automatically. You must define
appropriate daily rates for your reporting currencies before you post
journals in your primary set of books.
After posting in your primary set of books, you must post the
converted journal batches in your reporting sets of books to see the
correct account balances.
