Can we expect a section where we can discuss about Oracle In memory database. TimesTen datastore. I found no section in which I can put about this topic.

If it is about sql-problems, you can also use the general SQL forums.
There is a thread running now about RdB7. As long as you indicate very clearly that you are talking about a different type of product, I think you can also use the other forums.

I think it should go in 'Server Administration' as it is just another Oracle Database, albeit 'in-memory'.
