Can we pay the Amount to supplier without receiving of invoice.

you can pre-pay the supplier using the prepayment facility.
Once you receive the Invoice, they can be matched with the Pre-payment

In detail:
You can create a PrePayment using Invoice Window and Pay it.
After that when you enter the Real (Standard) Invoice, you can apply the PrePayment, which you have already Paid.
