I just want to create a RAC setup.

am having two nodes of OS RHEL 4.0
and the oracle version which am using is ORACLE 10g

i just want to know that can i able to create the RAC setup in which the Operating system is in VMWare( Virtual Machine)
it is possible to create RAC in Virtual Machine

Check out RAC Manual as well as Installation Guide.

i had checked out they didnt said anything about vmware in that?
