dear MRS
i worked on IBM server - windows 2003 server - oracle 10g interprise - SAN storage with RAD 01

i have installed CRS 10g successfully BUT
when i start creating database it's fail with error " unable to coping files " in first step of creation .

please i want to know what is the reason of this error and how can i solve this problem .
