Can we use forms to convert excel sheet into Oracle database? [message #264328]

I want to develope an application which will convert the excel sheet data into oracle database (Schema is already created in oracle database) Is it possible to develope such application using oracle forms? As per my small knowladge of oracle, it can be used as back end. Is it possible to create forms that will give good GUI and will serve the purpose?
Please help me out. if you have any idea regarding this.
