[B]hello m facing the problem while running my form on client machine the problem is like , m giving the url to client machine of my deployed form and when he types the url given by me, he is getting the message java.lang.notFoundException:oracle.forms.engine.Main and this can be done by unchecking the user brouser setting of JInitiator administration console in control panal of clint machine but my client machine is running undern the policies and the client can not go to the control pannal now what should i do to run my form form on client machine

Dear Syed,

Please use punctuation in your posts. It makes it much easier to read. Also, please do not use Internet Message speak like 'm'. It is hard to read and insulting to the people you are asking to solve your problem.

If you can't get the policy changed to permit the Jinitiator to be loaded then consider using the Sun Java screen handler. To use this version of Java you will have to change the name of the Java file in the formsweb.cfg

Search this forum for 'formsweb.cfg' as changing the Java has been mentioned before. Unfortunately, you will have to look at many threads to find it.

thanks for the reply and i am very sorry for those things because
i am very new to this orafaq and i will never do such things again the only thing is i had this greate prbolem which i want to overcome any how thanks for the reply
