Hi all,

this is a very simple problem. My TNS Listener is not running on my XP box simply because the path to the executable is not correct. Instead of C:\Oracle[\..], my Oracle installation is under O:\ ...can anyone tell me where can I change this config for the service since it looks to be some registry value.

regards,
Didier

You seem to be sure that your issue can be solved by changing some registry key values. You modify the registry under your own responsibilty.

You can find the registry keys under:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\HOME0 (home can be different)

Good Luck

If you want to 'move' an Oracle tool then uninstall it and install it in the 'correct' area.
